Bryce Elemond grew up in a rural community in Iowa. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and moved to the "Centennial State" after his military career ended.
Bryce has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, with an emphasis in public speaking. He graduated from Worldwide College of Auctioneering and immediately started his own business, which he named Affordable Auctioneering, LLC.
He has since had to opportunity to work alongside several State Champions, International Champions, as well as some of the most prominent auctioneers in the industry that spans the countryside.
Bryce's father was a hardworking man that worked tirelessly and believed in an honest day's work deserved an honest day's pay. Bryce has followed in those footsteps and has set a work foundation that reflect these beliefs.
Bryce is a member of the Mississippi Association and is also an active member of the National Auctioneers Association. Bryce has been the Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association for Colorado, Utah and New Mexico and has since turned over those duties to another professional. Bryce played a role in being the Auctioneer responsible
for planning and scheduling appointments for Colorado Auctioneers to attend the NAA's "Day on the Hill "in Washington, DC. This is a time set aside to give small business owners the opportunity to meet with their congressmen and speak about current affairs in the Auction industry. Bryce spent 6 years on the Colorado Auctioneers Association Board of Directors where he helped plan and coordinate many events including the Colorado Auctioneers Association Annual Conference. He was also tasked with working on building the 1st annual Bid Calling Championship held at the National Western Stock Show.
Education has been the forefront in building his business and he has completed the Benefit Auctioneers Specialist Designation program. The NAA Education Institute coordinates The BAS program trains auctioneers to enhance their benefit auction services. Course work focuses on the fundraising components of the benefit auction event, item acquisition, audience development contractual agreements, and public relations. A newly developed designation, there are less than 200 auctioneers across the country that have acquired and continue to hold the professional designation.
Bryce has also graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institute, the designation known in the auction world as the "Master's program" where study is done in all areas of the Auction Method and the most difficult and coveted designation in the Auction Industry as far as education goes.
Bryce enjoys being in the auctioneer profession and can adapt to help you with any type of auction that you are in need of. He strongly believes that the job of an auctioneer is to solve problems.
